A domain

Bring one you already own, or register a fresh one (typically £1 to £20 a year, paid to the registrar, not to us). We point your site at it. If you bring your own, your old page is simply replaced, so your address keeps working. The one thing we cannot do is move email that runs on your own domain (like you@yourdomain), so if your email is set up that way, start fresh on a new address instead. A normal Gmail or Outlook is no problem.

An email inbox

Any email address you already use, even a Gmail. Your contact form delivers messages here, and it is how you will verify your site with Google later. We do not create or host email, so if you already run email on your own domain, we leave it untouched.

How connecting works

Use OutrightSite in your normal browser on a laptop or desktop (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox all work). Here is what happens at the connect steps.

You start the build and tell us about your business.
At the GitHub step, we show you a short code and open GitHub's own page. You sign in to your GitHub, paste the code, and approve. That securely links your account. We never see your GitHub password.
At the Cloudflare step, we walk you through creating a Cloudflare token and you paste it in. That lets us build your site into your Cloudflare, and nothing else.
You watch it build, then we hand over the keys and your ownership pack.

You stay signed in to your own accounts in your own browser the whole time. OutrightSite only ever acts through the codes and tokens you approve, and holds no long-term access once your site is handed over.
